7-9 P.M.  $40.00 per class

MON. JAN. 15 – WINTER SOUPS & STEWS: Belgian Beef Carbonnade, Moroccan Lamb Stew on Couscous, Chicken Stew w/Herb Dumplings, Golden Potato Pea Soup, Sweet Corn Chowder

MON. JAN. 29 – JUST CHICKEN XV: A NEW selection of chicken dishes prepared in delicious, healthy ways.

MON. FEB. 5 – LUSCIOUS CHOCOLATE DESSERTS III: A NEW dessert class using our most favorite ingredient – chocolate!  Just in time for Valentine’s Day.

MON. FEB. 12 – LOW-CARB COOKING II: A repeat class featuring inventive low carb preparations – Eggplant Rolls, Chicken Enchillada with Salsa Verde, Zucchini “Crust” Pizza, Sesame New York Strip Steaks on Chinese Slaw

MON. FEB. 19 OR WED. FEB. 21 – SMALL PLATES: The latest craze from coast to coast, serving small small portions of tasty appetizers & entrees. This will be a popular NEW class so choose between 2 nights.

WED. MAR. 7 – GLORIOUS BRUNCH IX: Sun-Dried Tomato Souffle, Lox Rolls, Linguine Carbonara, Mango Pomegranate Salad, Chocolate Farmhouse Cake

MON. MAR. 12 – PASSOVER X: Cornish Hens Tangine with Ginger, Almonds, & Prunes, Mixed Vegetable Casserole (Kugel), Salmon Gefilte Fish, Passover Cheesecake, Double Chocolate Mousse Pie

MON. MAR. 19 OR WED. MAR. 21 – GOOD FOOD FAST XX: A NEW class featuring quick meals for the busy cook.  Choose between two nights.
